Once you've arrived in Dallas, we understand that you might have questions or need help navigating the city and XPONENTIAL. These onsite services are available to ensure that you have the best possible experience.

Accommodation

AUVSI has reserved room blocks in various hotels found here: Hotels Reserved Blocks. All hotels with reserved room blocks will have a complimentary shuttle provided for attendees except:

  • Aloft Dallas Downtown
  • Omni Hotel Dallas
  • La Quinta Inn & Suite Downtown Dallas

The W Hotel and Fairmont Hotels will have alternate transportation will be provided. Detailed information for W Hotel and Fairmont – is forth coming.

Parking

Ample parking is available at Kay Baily Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. Car, truck and trailer parking is available for a daily fee of $15.00 per day per vehicle (no in and out privileges). There is no overnight parking or utility connections for campers and RVs. The facility will accommodate the following during the day – cars, trucks or trailers. There is a garage and three surface parking lots (Lots C, D, and E)

Overnight parking on KBHCCD property is prohibited by the City of Dallas.

Accessibility

Along with reserved parking for the disabled, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas is equipped with ramps at every entrance and accessible restrooms. Guests with mobility challenges may utilize the covered drives as drop-off and pick-up locations. Mobility scooters can be rented from the AABCO Ready Rental Sales and Repairreadyrental@hotmail.com or 972.412.3500.

Dining Options At the Convention Center

Centerplate, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center’s exclusive food service provider, can turn out quality results for any size meeting. For attendees’ convenience, the convention center also offers retail cafes in the lobbies and a variety of concession stands in the exhibit halls.

Business Center

The Store is located in Lobby C near the C100 meeting rooms, The Store is both a self-service and full-service operation, depending on your needs. A wide range of supplies and services including shipping, high volume copying, faxing, badge chains, etc., are available. The Store will be open during show hours on Monday, May 8 – Thursday, May 11.

Internet and Wi-Fi

Complimentary WiFi is available in all lobbies of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. SmartyCity Networks is the official provider of internet and Wi-Fi.

How many exhibitors will be at XPONENTIAL 2017?
We anticipate more than 600 exhibitors at the show.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for XPONENTIAL 2017 is business casual. Remember, there will be lots of walking and standing on concrete floors so make sure to wear comfortable footwear Dress for The Mix at Gilley’s Dallas is Classy Cowboy to match the high-energy fun of the event.

What is The Mix?
The Mix is AUVSI’s social event to network with peers and colleagues. This year the event is being held at Gilley’s Dallas, home of the Urban Cowboy legacy and memorabilia, and namesake of Mickey Gilley. Join old and new friends to experience a taste of some southern culture. Embrace the south and learn how to line dance, ride a mechanical bull, watch armadillo races, play cornhole, or just enjoy some great music. We look forward to having you there.

Is food allowed on the show floor?
Yes, CenterPlate is the official catering company for Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. There will be numerous concession outlets opened both in the lobby of the center and on the XPO floor for purchase during the event.
AUVSI hosts daily networking receptions in the XPO Hall. These receptions will have both food stations and open bars located around the hall.

What are the future show dates and locations?
We are excited to announce that XPONENTIAL 2018 will be held April 30 – May 4 at Colorado Convention Center. Stay tuned for more details on this event soon!
