AUVSI makes hosting an educational event with XPONENTIAL 2018, April 30 – May 3, 2018 in Denver, a seamless experience. We will promote your event to our network of unmanned systems and robotics professionals. As well as provide registration services, logistical support and complimentary XPO Hall passes* to your attendees.

Reasons to Partner

When applying to host a co-located event think about the following criteria. These are the questions AUVSI staff will ask when considering your application, so be sure to address them in your application.

  • Does this event represent a community not already featured at XPONENTIAL?
  • Does this event provide a deeper dive into an important topic?
  • Will this event provide a worthwhile ROI for AUVSI and the partner organization?

Sample Co-Located Event Business Models

Type A – Fee-based Event:

  • There is a cost for attendees
  • Sponsorships are sold
  • There is a registration & sponsorship revenue share
    • 60/40 split on net** registration revenue – AUVSI 60%, partner 40%
    • 30/70 split on gross sponsorship revenue – AUVSI 30%, partner 70%
    • Minimum guarantee to AUVSI (amount to be determined pending final agreement)

Type B1 – Complimentary/Open Event:

  • There is no cost for attendees
  • There will be no additional or other sponsors than the producing company
  • Event is sponsored solely by the producing company through a flat fee paid to AUVSI (amount to be determined pending final agreement)

Type B2 – Complimentary/Open Event:

  • There is no cost for attendees
  • Sponsorships are sold
  • There is a sponsorship revenue share
    • 40/60 split on gross sponsorship revenue – AUVSI 40%, partner 60%
    • Minimum guarantee to AUVSI (amount to be determined pending final agreement)
