Dennis Webb, Director of Marketing and Certification for DeltaHawk Engines, Inc., holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla and attended the Executive Program at University of Virginia – Darden School of Business. He is a voting member of ASTM F44 Small Airplane Standards and J02 Aviation Fuels Committees, Co-Founder of ASTM Jet-Diesel Committee, and a voting member of SAE E-38 Aviation Piston Engine Fuels and Lubricants Committee and SAE E-39 UAS Propulsion Systems Committee. He holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license and is also a 2000-hour Instrument-Rated Private Pilot.
DeltaHawk Engines, Inc., is in final testing and FAA certification of a Heavy Fuel Engine (FFE) suitable for UAS and General Aviation applications. The initial 180 HP version is uniquely compact and lightweight, purpose built for aviation applications. It features direct drive with no gearbox, a simple yet robust architecture, high reliability and requires little maintenance.
