Profile

Frank Kelley is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Unmanned Systems. He serves as principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition) on all matters relating to unmanned systems across all domains. Prior to this position, Brigadier General Kelley was Commander of the Marine Corps Systems Command. From 2007-2009, Kelley was MCSC’s Program Manager for Training Systems in Orlando. Kelley taught at the Command and Staff College. He previously served as an action officer to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Expeditionary Forces Program.
