Zachary Halberd



Zachary Halberd is a digital imaging specialist and a licensed Part 107 UAS pilot. He is a US Air Force veteran and former satellite, wide-band, and telemetry technician. After military service, Halberd utilized his technical skills in the film and television industry for fourteen years as a digital imaging technician for large visual effects projects using some of the most sophisticated digital cameras and camera support systems in the world including robotic motion control, aerial imaging, and heavy post-production workflow design and management. With over a decade of experience building and managing teams of camera technicians and post production professionals, Halberd’s work has taken him around the world from the Amazon rain forest to the Arctic providing world class imagery and consulting to clients ranging from the BBC, Discovery, History Channel, Ford, and the U.S Army. Halberd is currently a co-founder of the urban data analytics company Quantifly, utilizing his diverse set of skills to offer clients an elevated perspective of the urban landscape using aerial imaging and image processing technology.
