XPO Tools

Take advantage of all the opportunities available to build brand awareness and drive more traffic to your AUVSI XPONENTIAL booth. With 8,500+ attendees, you want to maximize your exhibiting investment with these tips and tools of the trade below.

New Requirement For UAS/Drone Operations

The Colorado Convention Center has added additional requirements for flying Unmanned Aircraft Systems inside or outside of the exhibition facility. Exhibitors planning to fly a drone as part of their exhibit must 1) submit signed acknowledgement of the amendment, and 2) include additional insurance requirements as part of their certificate of insurance. Please go to the Exhibitor Console to read and acknowledge this amendment to your 2018 Exhibit Space Contract. You will not be permitted to fly without submitting your acknowledgement of the amendment and supplying proof of the additional insurance requirements. Your cooperation is essential to maintaining the UAS industry’s reputation for safe and responsible operations.

We encourage you to report any emails that appear to be scams to AUVSI for follow-up, to include possibly submitting Spam Abuse Reports to the scammer’s domain host.

AUVSI does offer several opportunities to reach the industry. For more information, contact Wes Morrison at +1 571 255 7763 or wmorrison@auvsi.org.
