The smallest of the NWUAV engines is the NW-44 multi-fuel, single-cylinder engine built for 40 to 75 lb* aircraft. The core and subsystem components alleviate ITAR and end-of-life concerns and are primed for FAA Certification. Scalable for use in various classes of aircraft, the NW-44 includes an advanced, lightweight design and specs unavailable with hobby engines; making it a professional, superior performing engine. In development for 2018: NW-88 twin-cylinder for 90 to 165 lb* aircraft.
The largest NWUAV engine, the NW-500 twin-cylinder is designed for aircraft up to 551 lb.* It is a self-contained, gas fueled, bolt-on system with simple interfaces; a vibration isolation system and EFI.
