Make the most of your time (and budget) at AUVSI and hold a company meeting in conjunction with the event and/or have a home base for your staff so that you have a place to huddle and be prepared for business discussions and meetings. Affordable meeting rooms are available right off the show floor.
Modular
Located on the exhibit floor, modular meeting rooms provide a quiet place for you to conduct business. Meeting rooms are 4m x 4m (approximately 12 ft. x 12 ft.) and will be furnished with a black carpet, glass conference table, black arm chairs, wastebasket, and a logo for door graphics (22"x28").
