Deep Trekker's mission is simple: we want to give anyone on earth an opportunity to explore the depths of our vast open waters, inspect and monitor infrastructure, and bring innovation to pipe inspections with our remotely operated vehicles.
Deep Trekker to attend AUVSI XPONENTIAL 2019 - the largest unmanned systems tradeshow in North America
President, Sam Macdonald will present a talk on modern robotics and business practises
April 25, 2019 - Kitchener, ON – In our world of increasing uncertainty, the reliance on unmanned robotics to ensure safety is more important than ever, encouraging military, security and defense teams to adopt advanced remote sensing, reporting and response technologies.
Deep Trekker’s remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) play a critical role in the discovery and disposal of threats – often in lieu of divers, understanding that safety is at the forefront of every mission. The company will present its latest technologies powered by BRIDGE technology at AUVSI XPONENTIAL 2019 April 30th to May 2nd.
Threats to our security are often hidden in underwater locations, either as discarded evidence or contraband. Deep Trekker will show its latest DTG3 and debut Deep Trekker REVOLUTION – its newest underwater remotely operated vehicle.
Deep Trekker’s systems offer safe alternatives to securing risks hidden beneath the waves. The DTG3 and Deep Trekker REVOLUTION combined with integrated sonar allows for threat detection in water with little to no visibility, both from shore or by divers in the water. This enables real time inspection of ships, ports and harbours, as well as having open water applications in explosive ordnance identification.
All of Deep Trekker’s systems are equipped with internal batteries and a 7-inch waterproof, handheld controller, providing a portable and easy to use robotic system designed to protect civilians from harm.
Deep Trekker President, Sam Macdonald invites attendees and exhibitors to attend presentation: How We Started and Scaled a Modern Robotics Company Using Tried and True Business Practices. Macdonald will speak on May 1st from 1:00-1:30 pm.
For those interested in a live demo, join us at Booth 4605.
