Set yourself apart from the competition – earn your TOP Level 1 certification. This course will provide you with the training, knowledge, and competencies you need to successfully earn your TOP Level 1 individual certification. The class will cover regulatory knowledge and compliance, operations, meteorology, flight performance, human factors, and best practices. To earn your Level 1 certification on site, you must have earned an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification and upload it before attending class. Certificates will be awarded on site pending successful completion of the workshop.
1300 – 1330 – Module 1 – Administrative. This includes things like the validation of Part 107 RPCs
1330 – 1500 – Module 2 - Aeronautical Knowledge. This includes AirmanshipPrinciples; Air Law; Meteorology; Principles of Flight
1500 – 1525 – Module 3 – Aircraft and Systems. This includes System General Knowledge; AFM; Electromagnetic & Frequency Interference; Use of Spectrum Analyzers; Battery Management.
