  The Click Bond CB4598 Gimbaled Stud is an innovative internally fixtured, adhesive bonded fastener that compensates for curved or angular mounting surfaces by using an articulated stud capable of up to 30-degree angular rotation. This mounting solution lends itself to many applications such as equipment mounting, retrofitting existing vehicles, curved surface installations, and more.   Click Bond CB5075 LoMas® Screw The Next Evolution in Lightweight Aerospace Fasteners Carson City, NV: Click Bond has introduced the latest engineering breakthrough in lightweight aerospace fasteners with the addition of the hollow-shank LoMas Screw. These screws offer up to 48% in weight savings and are available in a variety of lengths. A captive washer design reduces part count and foreign object debris (FOD). Their deep drawn manufacture produces optimal strength-to-weight properties, according to Chris Howard, Marketing Analyst for Click Bond. The LoMas Screw includes a dual drive design for ease of installation and the standard size dimensions lend these screws to straight-forward retrofits. These fasteners are designed for non-structural systems routing and attachment. Aside from aerospace systems applications, Howard continued to state that “These hollow shank fasteners have tremendous opportunity in the commercial marine and yachting industries as well. Removing so much weight from systems routing lightens up the entire craft adding to fuel economy and speed potential”. These LoMas screws are created with deep-drawn manufacturing for optimal strength-to-weight properties as well as utilizing A-286 CRES stainless steel with an optional zinc-nickel plating. Additionally, the form factor of the screws provides internal and external drive capabilities and offer interchangeability with standard fasteners for straight forward retrofits.
