AUVSI makes hosting an educational event XPONENTIAL a seamless experience. We will promote your event to our network of unmanned systems and robotics professionals. Additionally, we provide registration services, logistical support, and complimentary XPO Hall passes to your attendees.
After submitting your application, AUVSI staff will review content for approval and inclusion at XPONENTIAL 2022. You will be contacted regarding the next steps, including any follow-up questions, contract development, etc.
AUVSI provides the following benefits through several available business models:
- A meeting room with standard stage and seating set
- Standard AV
- Marketing of the event through XPONENTIAL 2022 promotion — print, digital, website and email
- Registration services — pre-show and onsite
- Access to list of registered attendees for co-located event including full contact information

Complimentary/Open Event:
- There is no registration fee for attendees
- There will be no additional or other sponsors aside from the producing company
- Event is sponsored solely by the producing company through a flat fee paid to AUVSI (amount to be determined pending final agreement)
Complimentary/Open Event w/ Sponsorship:
- There is no registration fee for attendees
- Sponsorships are sold
- There is a sponsorship revenue share
Fee-based Event:
- There is a registration fee for attendees
- Sponsorships are sold
- There is a registration & sponsorship revenue share
