Come visit Attollo and see our IR imagers and laser sensors.

Attollo Engineering -- experts in Infrared Imaging and Laser Sensing. Included in our laser sensing portfolio is our WASP-200 LRF -- a laser rangefinder that reaches 200 meters, compatible with UART, CAN & RS-232 (Piccolo compatible), and Pixhawk with IP67 available. Our Phoenix SWIR camera is a 640x512 with a 5µm pixel including range gating for soldier worn laser sensing and SWIR imaging. Our MWIR 640x512 with a 5µm pixel - named the Griffin VGA5 will be introduced in Fall 2021 – a perfect technology enabling MWIR into 5” gimbals and attritable UAS missions. Attollo will introduce large format MWIR and two color arrays in the 4th quarter 2021. Ask about semi active laser seekers also.

 Products

  • Phoenix SWIR VGA5
The Attollo Phoenix SWIR camera is a VGA format (640x512), uncooled SWIR camera featuring the industry’s smallest SWIR VGA sensor. The Phoenix captures snapshot SWIR imagery using Attollo Engineering’s high performance InGaAs detector material and the extremely small pixel pitch enables more pixels on target with a short focal length optic. The Phoenix’s sensor is designed specifically to support broadband imaging along with day and night laser see spot and range-gated imaging capabilities. The Phoenix miniature SWIR camera is built for low SWaP applications and offers a significant opportunity for cost savings at the system level compared to competing SWIR cameras. This new miniature camera is ideal for small gimbal integration as well as use in low SWaP handheld and soldier-mounted systems....

  • Griffin MWIR VGA5
The Griffin MWIR VGA5 is a 640x512 MWIR imager with a 5µm pixel weighing in at <250 grams - lowest SWaP on the market. The SWaP savings doesn't end at the camera core - the optic required will save in focal length and size and weight since you will need less focal length to get the same number of pixels on target as those competing camera products with 10 or 15µm pixels....

  • Highlights • High Operating Temperature SLS Detector Technology • Small, 5 µm Pixel Pitch • High Sensitivity Imaging and Laser See-Spot Capabilities • In-Camera Imaging Processing • Weighs less than 250 grams and displaces 166 cm3 Applications • Small gimbals and SUAS • MWIR 3µm to 5.2µm • MWIR w/SWIR see-spot 1.0µm to 5.2µm • Machine vision • Precision agriculture • Gas leak detection • Microscopy • Medical – Tissue analysis • Structural Non-destructive Fatigue assessment • Hyperspectral Imaging • Security/Surveillance • Range-gated imaging • Covert illuminated imaging • Laser designator imaging and decode* *with separate Attollo laser event detector module
  • WASP 200 Laser Range Finder
The WASP 200 LRF has the longest range at 200 meters in it's class of Laser Rangefinders and is at an affordable price. The unit has a UART out with ruggedization as needed, and has a second configuration that is compatible (plug and play) with the Piccolo Auto-Pilot offered by UTC (Cloudcap)....

  • Included Features • Single-shot laser ranging for fast scanning and moving platforms • Programmable burst mode averaging • Class 1 Laser Product • IP 67 option • Connector options including pigtails • Durable molded ABS plastic housing • Integrated back or front mounting
  • Griffin MWIR HD8
The Griffin HD8 is a high definition format (1280x720), cryocooled camera core featuring Attollo Engineering Strained Layer Superlattice (SLS) wideband detector material (1-5.2µm). The Griffin HD8 captures snapshot MWIR imagery using Attollo Engineering’s high performance Strained SLS detector material and an 8 µm pixel enables more pixels on target with a short focal length optic. The Griffin sensor is designed specifically to support broadband imaging along with day and night laser see spot capabilities. The Griffin HD8 MWIR Core is built for low SWaP applications and offers a significant opportunity for cost savings at the system level compared to competing MWIR cameras. This new miniature camera is ideal for small gimbal integration as well as use in SWaP constrained handheld and soldier-carried systems....
