Additionally, a portion of the space is utilized by Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR). Located in Wichita, KS, the Air Capital of the World, NCAT was built by Sedgwick County in 2010 and boasts 220,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art training labs and classrooms.
