Official Housing Partner Showcare

Showcare is the only approved official Housing Partner for XPONENTIAL 2024. Unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or imply that they are affiliated with XPONENTIAL 2024. If any company contacts you that is not Showcare, we encourage you not to provide any information to them. Accommodation can be booked at the same time as your Registration. Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing partner. You should book your hotel room early to take advantage of the special room rates, which are subject to availability.

Housing Policies and Important Dates

The XPONENTIAL 2024 Housing Bureau will accept new hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations until 9 AM PT on Monday, April 1, 2024. It is recommended to book accommodation early to take advantage of the special room rates subject to availability (rooms may be sold out before this date).

The reservations will be transferred to the hotels on Monday, April 1, 2024. To ensure the hotels have the most up-to-date information, we ask that reservation cancellations and changes be made by 9 AM PT on Monday, April 1, 2024.

Guarantee & Deposit Policy:

All hotel rates are quoted in USD and exclude tax. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable taxes that are in effect at check-in time. A credit card is required for each reservation and must have an expiration date on or after July 2024. Your room is not reserved if you do not provide a valid credit card. The hotels may charge a one-night room & tax deposit using the credit card on file with Showcare prior to check-in. Each guest must present a valid credit card or an approximate amount of cash for subsequent room nights and incidental charges for the entire stay upon check-in. You must complete a credit card authorization form if the credit card on file is not in your name.

Cancellation & Changes Policy:

All cancellations or changes must be made online by reaccessing your housing account on or before 9 AM PT on Monday, April 1, 2024. No cancellations or changes will be made between 9 AM PT on Monday, April 1, 2024, and Monday, April 8, 2024, while reservation information is being prepared and transferred to the hotels. As of Tuesday, April 9, 2024, cancellations or changes must be made directly with the hotels. Change requests will be made on a space-available basis. Cancellation requests received by the hotel 72 hours or less prior to arrival and no shows will forfeit the one-night room & tax deposit, and the rest of the stay will be cancelled. XPONENTIAL 2024 is not responsible for no-shows or early departure fees charged by the hotels or rooms resold due to non-arrival.

The organizer takes no responsibility should a room preference not be available at check-in. Please visit the hotels’ websites for check-in and check-out times. Should you need to arrive early, please book an additional night – early check-in cannot be guaranteed.

Housing Confirmation:

You will receive an email from your hotel with your confirmation number approximately a week prior to arrival. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder before contacting your hotel.

Housing Piracy Warning

Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and claiming they control the rooms for the event. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms, thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. Sometimes, rooms are not booked, but payment has been made. The event website is the only way to register and book hotel accommodation
