Profile

As the Senior Account Executive for Schaeffler, Noel focuses on developing, managing, and creating new markets within the steer-by-wire space for autonomous and semi-autonomous applications in North America. She implements business development initiatives and provides market intelligence within the transportation space, while helping to manage the various technical projects that are on-going today. She has a passion for technology as it relates to the automotive industry and seeks to impact the future of transportation and mobility.

Contributions:
Notable projects include modifying both a 2014 and 2016 Chevrolet Corvette for the Semi-Autonomous Motorcar Project (SAM Car Project) with drive-by-wire and ADAS technology to enable someone who suffers from quadriplegia to drive again. She holds a patent for a zero-power electromechanical switch for air flow applications. Her expertise includes technical project management, drive-by-wire applications, 12V systems, 3D CAD modeling, wiring, CAD thermal simulations, CAD stress/strain simulations, and mathematics.

Awards:
She has been honored with 2 awards in 2017. One award for Women of M2M/IoT by Connected World Magazine and another for Women Worth Watching in STEM by Profiles in Diversity Journal for her work on the SAM Car Project.
