MTP-15 / Trackpods

The MTP-15 is a strong 2-piece clamshell design, constructed of anodized CNC billet aluminum, and custom continuously molded track. The unit comes complete with high torque 32mm motor, motor controller, and power/control input lead utilizing a single connector. The only thing necessary for operation is a 24VDC input capable of sourcing 15 amps for one pod or 30 amps for a pair of pods, and a PWM control signal from a device such as an RC radio controller, micro controller, or computer. 12VDC motor options are available. The MTP-15 can be outfitted with high torque or high-speed drive motors depending on your application requirements. The MMP-40X-HD tactical robot has 3 cameras which include a forward facing color Pan/Tilt camera with IR illumination up to 20 feet in total darkness. There is also a wide angle color gripper camera and a wide angle color rear facing camera that perform well in low light conditions. This robot platform can be fitted with many different accessories including 4, 5 and 6 axis manipulator arms that have the ability to open doors and lift from 8 to 40 pounds depending on the chosen arm. Other accessories include but are not limited to flood lights, spot lights, Infrared flood lights, payload bays, remote release trailers, sensor arrays, custom tools, additional cameras, ribbon lifts, scissor lifts, and folding telescoping boom arms. The MMP-30-EOD robot has 3 cameras which include a forward facing, color Pan/Tilt camera with IR illumination up to 20 feet in total darkness. There is also a wide angle color gripper camera and a wide angle color rear facing camera that perform well in low light condition. The manipulator arm has 4 axis of movement including shoulder, elbow, wrist rotate (continuous) and gripper open/close. All axis are clutched or thermally protected for tolerance of stall conditions and back driving. The manipulator arm can lift 8 pounds at full extension and has a 30 inch reach.There are over 1600 of these robots out in service today and they have proven to be robust, reliable, easily maintained and simple to use. The HD6 manipulator arm has a reach of 48 inches and can lift 20 pounds at full extension. All axis have position control feedback and harmonic drive zero backlash gearing. A digital control box is included with the arm which allows control via RS-232, USB and PWM protocols. The arm's total weight is 24 pounds and was designed for use on medium sized tactical and EOD robots.

The MMP-15-Tac is extremely portable and low profile for getting into tight spaces. These units have been used by SWAT teams and law enforcement organizations for a multitude of dangerous tasks. The robot wieghs only 18 pounds and has a speed of 6 ft/sec. It has an IR color tilt camera with an operation range of 1500 feet LOS.
