XPONENTIAL 2023 exhibit space rebook is your first opportunity to lock in exhibit space for next year’s event. You must submit an application by Friday, April 1, 2022 to receive an appointment time. Appointment times will be assigned based on your seniority points. This is a no risk opportunity to secure a prime location.

Five Easy Steps to Reserve your XPONENTIAL 2023 Exhibit Space

Step 1. Access the XPONENTIAL 2023 Exhibit Space Application using your company password
Step 2. Review the information on the application and update/insert where necessary.
Step 3. Review the application and hit submit.
Step 4. All applications received by the deadline date of Friday, April 1, will be placed in seniority point order                   and assigned an appointment time. You will receive an email of your appointment time no later than                   Monday, April 18.
Step 5. Show up! Come to the Sales Office, Room S222 - Destination Lounge, at the Orange County                                   Convention Center on Monday, April 25 (depending on appointment time) at least 5 minutes prior to ....................your appointment time to review the current floorplan and availability. When you hear your company ...................name called, you will walk over to select your exhibit space for XPONENTIAL 2023. Note:  A 50% deposit ...................will be due with your exhibit space selection.

Important Information

• You MUST submit an application by Friday, April 1, 2022 to be assigned an exhibit space rebook appointment time
• The exhibit space size placed on your exhibit space application can be changed during rebook without penalty.
• If you do not have the 50% deposit with you onsite, you will not be able to select booth space for XPONENTIAL 2023.
• If you select your booth space onsite, you’ll have until Friday, May 13, 2022 to cancel without any penalty. Giving you ample time to evaluate your ROI from XPONENTIAL 2022. This is a NO RISK opportunity.
• You will be emailed your appointment time no later than Monday, April 18, 2022. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
• A continuously updated floorplan to review will be available in the Sales Office. Once your name is called, you will have approx. 2-3 minutes to select your booth and you will officially start your journey to become an exhibitor for XPONENTIAL 2023!

NOTE: If you are not present during your appointment time, AUVSI will select your booth for you based on your top six (6) choices selected while taking into consideration any special notes you made on your rebook application.
