When joining, renewing, purchasing, registering, subscribing, or making any other transaction to obtain a product, service, or information, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, business information, or other details necessary to complete the transaction and enhance your experience.

We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

How do we protect your information?

Our Site is scanned on a regular basis for security threats and known vulnerabilities, using malware scanning tools. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only permissibly accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Transactions processed through a gateway or other third-party provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Please be aware, however, that no method of data transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic data storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee the absolute security, integrity, and privacy of any or all information exchanged between you and us through the Site. We make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to or use of your personally identifiable information.

Why do we engage in this practice?

We engage in this practice because, we organize trade shows, and we need to provide our third-party vendors, facilities, and general contractors with contact information for all exhibiting companies and attendees. This is done so the exhibitors and attendees are able to order services from third-party vendors. At times, we may provide certain Personal Information that we have collected to select customers as part of sponsor fulfillment where applicable. You will always have the ability to opt-out of having your Personal Information included in such cases either as part of the registration process for the applicable event or by contacting us at xpo@mdna.com.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at xpo@mdna.com. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Do we use “cookies?”

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. We use Google AdSense Advertising on our Site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. SMS Messaging

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text marketing offers and transactional texts. If you use our mobile app, we may send you push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about any special events or conference sessions that we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may turn them off at the device level.

California Online Privacy Protection Acts

Pursuant to CalOPPA, we note the following:

  • Users can visit our Site anonymously
  • You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page
