Our Site is scanned on a regular basis for security threats and known vulnerabilities, using malware scanning tools. Transactions processed through a gateway or other third-party provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Therefore, while we strive to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee the absolute security, integrity, and privacy of any or all information exchanged between you and us through the Site. We engage in this practice because, we organize trade shows, and we need to provide our third-party vendors, facilities, and general contractors with contact information for all exhibiting companies and attendees. This is done so the exhibitors and attendees are able to order services from third-party vendors. At times, we may provide certain Personal Information that we have collected to select customers as part of sponsor fulfillment where applicable. You will always have the ability to opt-out of having your Personal Information included in such cases either as part of the registration process for the applicable event or by contacting us at email@example.com.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
