Detection functions add situational awareness and reduce operator strain in many types of applications.
Aerial tracking of ground vehicles through obstructions such as road signs, overpasses, shadows and trees is one of our tracking modes. Our robust tracking has a range of algorithms to choose and optimize based on use-case.
When watching a fixed scene, SightLine’s detection software function using starting mode helps ease operator strain. Detecting up to 100 objects, as small as 2x2 pixels, staring mode works best from a ground camera that is either stationary or staring.
As drone use increases, so does the need for Counter-UAS solutions. Visual detection is a key part of a robust, multi-sensor, C-UAS system to assess threat levels and determine actions.
Working on detection or track outputs, Sightline’s AI Classifier provides the ability to filter detection by classification labels. Applying a filter to our AI Classifier helps ease operator strain.
